Formulate is a small business run by me, Emma, in Canberra ACT. I’m a mum of two littles, one with additional needs.
I was inspired to start Formulate while navigating the world of having a child with a disability and complex health needs. The sheer number of forms I had to complete for her was overwhelming, and I found myself evaluating businesses based on the efficiency of their flow of information. Nothing annoyed me more than having to provide the same information, multiple times, across multiple platforms, often to the same organisation!
So Formulate was born, driven by a desire to help small businesses and organisations create efficiencies in exchanging information, and improving their image and presentation.
